Refund Policy
How the 60-day satisfaction guarantee works, and what to check before you rely on it.
Who handles refunds
Refunds are handled entirely by the official Glucovive store. This website does not take payment and cannot process, approve or chase a refund for you. Everything below is a summary to help you — the official store's published terms are what actually apply.
The 60-day satisfaction guarantee
Orders placed through the official store are advertised with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. In plain terms: if the product does not work out for you, you can request your money back within that window.
Check these details before you order
- When the 60 days start. Usually the delivery date, sometimes the order date. It matters.
- Whether bottles must be returned, opened or unopened, and to which address.
- Who pays return shipping. This is usually on the customer.
- Whether original shipping is refunded. Often it is not.
- How long the refund takes to appear on your statement.
Do this once: take a screenshot of the guarantee terms on the checkout page at the moment you order, and keep your order confirmation email. If there is ever a dispute, that screenshot is the most useful thing you will have.
How to request a refund
- Find the customer support contact on your order confirmation email or on the official store's checkout page.
- Contact them inside the 60-day window with your order number and the reason.
- Follow their return instructions exactly, and keep the tracking number for anything you send back.
- Keep every message in writing.
Where the guarantee does not apply
Buying from a marketplace listing, an auction site, or any seller that is not the official store usually voids the guarantee — and is also where counterfeit and expired stock shows up. If the guarantee matters to you, buy from the official store.
